ASI 101
 
  • Ads are placed strategically online, local media etc.
  • ASI will screen through multiple resumes and applicants to schedule phone interviews
  • Applicants whom pass a phone interview are scheduled for a face/face meeting in your dealership & offsite with an ASI Instructor
  • We invite accepted applicants for training (ASI-101)
  • Class begins Friday all day through Saturday and Sunday
 
 
Our Fee for all this is extremely reasonable and based upon the number of new salespeople your dealership employs from our program.

Our Fee is as low as $400 per each new employee hired!

ASI 201
 
(Following weekend(s) form ASI 101)
 
  • Begin with follow up of events from new hires current customers
  • Q & A coaching for all new hires customer base 
  • Fri - Sun 1 hour of High Energy, Enthusiastic follow up training on the importance & (How to) of selling self, product and dealership
  • Training on phone scripts and appointment setting
  • Weekend (Fri-Sun) TO & Closing for all salespeople in your dealership
 
3 day 1 hour training / Follow up / Appointment setting / TO&Closing
